Elle is the quiet achiever of the Jake & Elle duo.
With a Business Tertiary education in Accounting & Management and over 7 years of business management, Elle has always thrived in the back end of ‘Jake & Elle’s’ projects. After years in the corporate business & law workforce, Elle found herself dragged into a cooking competition by surprise! Secretly entered into My Kitchen Rules by none other than her mischievous younger brother Jake back in 2013.
Since being the MKR Runners Up in 2014, Elle’s passion for food, have sky-rocketed. These days, Elle ditched the corporate scene for her very own food venture and works in her popular stall at Eat Street Northshore creating Italian American street food that is to-die-for! Juggling her 3 year-old toddler and piping cannoli with a side of business management is Elle’s secret recipe to her success…doing what you love! In 2020 Jake & Elle became MKR Champions (finally)!
Elle has catered to many corporate clients with functions ranging from 50-1000 people - not to mention her many bespoke celebration cakes.
Clients include Flight Centre, Wesley Mission Charity, Montrose Access Charity, Merlo Coffee, McDonalds, Apple, Surf Dive & Ski and Lululemon.
